I have had several massages from Maria, and every single one of them has been excellent. Maria takes the time to ask about any ailments. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and mind and what she can do to make the experience not only productive, but also making sure that I come off of that table feeling transformed. I have loved every massage I have received from her. She takes time to really get to know of any troubled areas, and works extremely hard to release any tension of that particular area. I really appreciated it when she reminded me every single time I was with her to hydrate and take it easy after the massage. Heather’s healing sessions for me last long after each visit. During the time she spends with me, she expertly manipulates stressed areas in my body and relieves points of tension. Maria Bach is a highly talented massage therapist! I have received massages in a number of settings for many years, and she has delivered the best experience by far. She has been helping me work through post surgery issues to aid healing and recovery, and she is adept in multiple techniques She employs unique and highly effective techniques I'd never experienced after 20+ years of massages. Several years ago, I experienced significant back pain which required spinal fusion. And that is when I found Heather McCoy. She is a registered massage therapist and well as an RN. At the time, she insisted on seeing an X -ray of my back before she would make an appointment with me. She did agree, and I began getting regular massages. Her gentle touch helped my body heal after surgery, the inflammation lessoned as I slowly became more and more comfortable. Now, years later, I look forward to my appointments. Whether gentle massage or deep tissue, I know that when I leave, I will feel so much better. I am ever grateful to have found Heather. Aside from the excellent bodywork she does, she is a caring and wonderful person, who strives to help each client. It was my lucky day when a friend suggested I see her.

I have been a client of Heather’s for 5 years. I appreciate her caring attitude and her willingness to LISTEN to me when I’m having pain in a certain area of my body. In 2018, I had shoulder surgery. I had a great physical therapist for my rehab but there were certain restrictive movements and pains that I continually experienced that my PT was not able to help me overcome so I shared with Heather the issues I was having. She listened carefully, made some suggestions, then worked on the deep tissue in the shoulder and surrounding area. Finally, I had relief! My shoulder is at 98% recovery and I know without her experience and care I would not be this far. I have been a client of Heather’s for 15 years! I was lucky enough to be gifted a certificate to her place of business and the rest, they say, is history! There is a clear difference in receiving a massage and receiving a massage from Heather. She is tuned in to total body wellness and takes into consideration the entirety of my current life situation while working on my body. Prior to a massage, Heather always checks in about my current events and then uses that information to understand where her energy needs to be focused while giving a massage.
