Massage Therapists
Heather McCoy- Owner, RN, BSN, LMT
Heather is the owner and founder of Healing Within and skilled in the art of several modalities. Heather is a long-time advocate of integrating perspectives on health. She graduated from Heritage College with an Associate degree of Occupational studies in Therapeutic Massage in 2005. She is Nationally Board Certified in Massage Therapy and Bodywork. Along with her massage certifications she has her Bachelors of science degree in Nursing.
With over 21 years of experience as a massage therapist and 13 years as a registered nurse, Heather brings a deeply holistic and informed approach to healing. In addition to therapeutic massage, she also offers health consultations, helping clients better understand their bodies and make empowered wellness choices.
Your health is not a checklist of symptoms. It is all connected — sleep, nutrition, hormones, stress, and lifestyle. Heather combines her extensive knowledge of the body with her purposeful, intuitive perspective to identify and address root imbalances. Her goal is to help prevent disease, promote overall health, and empower each client to take ownership of their well-being.
Her purpose is to provide and encourage those to be their happiest healthiest selves. Her customized therapeutic services are aimed to elevate one’s health while providing compassionate care. Her focus is driven on the desire of each client to have a “self-care experience.” One that values the importance of self-care, awaking the best versions of themselves. This practice of self-care helps ones cultivate the value of individual self-love and compassion which can transform one’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual life.

Heather’s focus is on how she can better serve each individual on their personal wellness path in a caring and supportive way. Crystal " Bricks" Castro - PTA, LMT, CMLDT
Crystal started her career as a bodyworker in 2015 as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant ,working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic specializing in manual therapy. In 2023 Crystal returned to school to earn her license as a Massage Therapist, as well as for a certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Crystal enjoys putting her knowledge of the body and kinesthetics to use to provide the best level of compassionate care to others of all ages, sizes and stages of their life journey!
Specialties include: stretching/ range of motion paired with neuromuscular techniques to increase tissue extensibility and improve mobility, targeted deep tissue mobilization, myo-fascial and active release techniques, cupping and instrument assisted myofacial release (IASTM). Manual lymph drainage (pre and post op) and TMJD relief/ trigger point therapy. In addition to her continued work as a bodyworker, Crystal is a mother of two amazing children, an athlete for the Kansas City Roller Warriors and a US ARMY combat veteran.

Rachelle Crevoiserat, LMT
With seven years of experience dedicated to the wellbeing of others as a Certified Nurse Assistant and In-Home Caregiver, Rachelle brings a well-rounded perspective to the world of holistic health. Her passion for a more inclusive approach to healthcare resulted in her transitioning into therapeutic bodywork and graduating from Wellspring School of Allied Health.
By blending her clinical background with a more holistic philosophy, Rachelle customizes sessions that meet each client's unique needs. She is trained in a diverse range of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Massage, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Myofascial Cupping, and Reflexology.

Luther Olsen is a nationally certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Specialist and Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping others feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. With a compassionate and individualized approach, Luther combines his knowledge and hands-on skills to create relaxing, supportive, and healing experiences that encourage wellness, recovery, and balance.
